Description
The GSM40A is a highly reliable 40W single-output green medical adapter series designed for diverse medical applications. This Class I power unit, equipped with functional ground (FG), features a standard IEC320-C14 AC inlet and supports an input voltage range of 80VAC to 264VAC. The series offers multiple models with output voltages ranging from 5VDC to 48VDC, catering to various medical electrical devices.
The GSM40A’s circuitry is designed to meet stringent international medical standards, including 2*MOPP (Means of Patient Protection), and it features ultra-low leakage current (<90µA), making it suitable for medical devices that have direct electrical contact with patients. With an efficiency rating of up to 91% and exceptionally low no-load power consumption of less than 0.15W, the GSM40A complies with energy efficiency standards such as USA EISA 2007/DoE, Canada NRCan, Australia and New Zealand MEPS, EU ErP, and the Code of Conduct (CoC) Version 5. These features ensure significant energy savings both in operating and standby modes.
Additionally, the entire series is housed in a 94V-0 flame-retardant plastic enclosure, further enhancing safety. The GSM40A is fully certified for international medical safety regulations, making it an ideal choice for high-performance medical applications.
