Description
The NDR-240 is an economical and slim 240W DIN rail power supply series, designed for installation on TS-35/7.5 or TS-35/15 mounting rails. Its compact 40mm-wide body helps save space inside control cabinets. The series accepts a full-range AC input from 90VAC to 264VAC and complies with BS EN/EN61000-3-2, a European Union standard for harmonic current regulation.
Designed with a robust metal housing, the NDR-240 series enhances power dissipation for reliable thermal management. With a high working efficiency of up to 89%, it operates within a wide ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ under air convection, ensuring stable performance in demanding environments.
This power supply features constant current mode overload protection, making it suitable for various inductive and capacitive loads. Additionally, it includes comprehensive protection functions and holds major industrial certifications such as UL508 and TUV BS EN/EN62368-1. These features make the NDR-240 a competitive and dependable choice for industrial control applications.
The Mean Well NDR-240 series features two main models designed for reliable industrial power supply applications. The NDR-240-24 delivers a stable 24V DC output at 10A, providing 240W total power. It is ideal for standard 24V systems requiring efficient and compact DIN rail mounting solutions.
Meanwhile, the NDR-240-48 offers a 48V DC output at 5A, with the same 240W power rating. This model caters to applications that demand higher voltage levels while maintaining reliability and performance.
Both models support a wide input voltage range of 90VAC to 264VAC, with high efficiency exceeding 90%. They incorporate protection features such as short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overtemperature safeguards. The slim 40mm width and durable metal casing ensure efficient heat dissipation and space-saving installation on TS-35 DIN rails, making them well-suited for harsh industrial environments.
